rebecca HOPEWELL - CEO
Rebecca joined Fresh as Managing Director in September 2010, bringing with her a strong track-record in property management, with over 20 years of experience across both the student accommodation and social housing sectors. She has been the driving force behind the growing success of Fresh Property Group, as well as determining the strategic direction of the business as a whole. When she isn’t working, Rebecca is happiest cycling through the hills in Mallorca or enjoying a nice cocktail in the sun.
JANE CROUCH - COO
Jane joined Fresh in 2010 to oversee operations, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in housing and student accommodation. Jane has played an intrinsic part in the growth of Fresh Property Group and has overall responsibility for the management and marketing of over 16,000 beds in over 26 key College and University locations across the UK and a team of 399 staff. When she isn’t at work, Jane is happiest with a glass of fizz in hand or acting her shoe size with her grandson.
Susie Cain - Business Development Director
Susie joined Fresh Property Group in July 2017 bringing with her a wealth of experience in client service delivery. Prior to working at Fresh, Susie was director of a boutique concierge business, whose client base boasted names such as Battersea Power Station, American Express and Rolls Royce Motor Cars. There she was responsible for business development, marketing and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career she has worked in positions where client experience and service delivery were of tantamount importance. Outside of work Susie is happiest when jetting off to warmer climes or heading off on an adventure in the African bush.
Ashish Meswani - FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Ash joined Fresh in 2012 to oversee the finance division. He is responsible for all elements, from budget management to performance monitoring and providing institutional quality financial reporting for clients and universities. Ash manages a large team who together manage rental income of £1.5bn per annum. When he isn’t in the office, he is happiest when he is on the tennis courts or adding to his ever-increasing shirt collection.
