Organised by Property Week, on Wednesday 10th May 2017, The RESI Awards aim to celebrate the residential property market and its successes in the past year. Fresh Student Living are thrilled to have been recognised by the judges in the ‘Student Accommodation Operator of the Year’ category!

Off the back of our success at the Student Accommodation Awards in December, it’s an enormous achievement to have been acknowledged twice within 6 months!

Now in its 6th year. the event brings together some of the key players in the market. It has been described as the key celebratory and networking event for the sector and is a fantastic extension of the RESI conference.

The ‘Student Accommodation Operator of the Year’ category is notoriously one of the most competitive awards at the ceremony. We are extremely honoured to have been shortlisted by the judges. A huge congratulation to the winner CODE Students.

We’re excited about the future, with over 7000 new beds in the pipeline for 2017 and 2018 we’re looking forward to what’s to come.

Jane Crouch Managing Director says:
“Having only just won Operator of the Year at the Student Accommodation Awards 5 months ago, we are delighted to have been up for Student Accommodation Operator of the Year at the RESI Awards too.  The business is going from strength-to-strength and this is a tribute to the on-goingdedication from our hard-working teams. A huge thank you to Property Week for hosting another fantastic evening and congratulations again to CODE Students”.
