With Group wide experience managing over 49 residential assets, we have five specific BTR assets actually under management today, and are advising our Clients on a number of BTR schemes across the UK.
Whilst benefiting from the Group Infrastructure where appropriate, within the Five Nine Living we have a bespoke property and customer management system delivering a full online service for a customer, and a comprehensive back office management system to enable staff to operate efficiently and ensure accurate and timely controls and reporting.
We are proud of our customer journey, our dedicated website and online booking system with live availability data, which is totally unique in the BTR market.
We have over 70 staff involved in delivering services to our Five Nine Living customers and Clients. Our network of geographical office in London, Sheffield and Glasgow gives us nationwide coverage, and our regional delivery structure ensures or Clients benefit from a national infrastructure with local presence and knowledge.
